Dedicated Logistics Manager to make collections easy.

Disposing of IT Asset can be difficult and time consuming to manage. We understand this, and that’s why we have a dedicated Logistics Manager to take the pain away. ISPTECH has dedicated drop-off facilities in Maputo Mozambique.

• Through our trusted partner network, we can also accommodate returns in South Africa.
• Please contact us for any international requirements you may have. To minimize the cost of collection it is easier if assets are boxed and/or palletized prior to collection. Collections can usually be completed within 48 hours of a request and a quote can be provided prior to completion.
• The cost of collection is offset against the value of the assets received in order to provide a net return. We quote per job and provide a transparent cost, we do not charge on a per asset basis as this can distort the cost for large collections.

We work in a way that respects our impact on the environment.

We process over 50,000 assets a year in our South Africa facility alone, of this less than 1.5% becomes eWaste / is recycled.

• Our intention is to always remarket whatever assets we can, if beyond economical repair we re-use any working parts before we recycle. Sustainability is a key measure in our business, therefore we actively measure our performance each month with internal and external reports to provide you with.
• For any assets that require eWaste we use a 3rd party certified by the Environmental Protection Authority – this ensures compliance current to Government legislation.
• All packaging received from returns will be reused where possible whether it be cardboard, bubble wrap or shrink wrap.
